Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the bosku8 platform. By accessing or using bosku8, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
By registering a bosku8 Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on bosku8, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bosku8 Platform and must not register an Account. Continued use of bosku8 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bosku8 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
3.1 Age Requirement. 21+ You must be at least 21 years of age to register a bosku8 Account and use the Platform. This is a strict eligibility requirement. bosku8 operates in compliance with its international gaming authority licence obligations, which mandate age verification for all members. Registration by individuals under 21 is prohibited and any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all Funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent times when updating your Account details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one bosku8 Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are prohibited. bosku8 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated winnings or bonuses.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). bosku8 applies a Know Your Customer process in compliance with our gaming authority licence requirements and anti-money laundering obligations. We may request documents including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The bosku8 Platform is not available to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. bosku8 does not make representations as to the legality of the Platform in any particular jurisdiction outside the scope of its gaming licence.
4.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bosku8 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bosku8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected breach of security. bosku8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bosku8 Account. All bets and transactions made from your Account will be treated as having been made by you personally. bosku8 is not responsible for any activity carried out by a third party using your Account with or without your knowledge.
4.4 Account Suspension. bosku8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (b) the member is in breach of these Terms; (c) required by a regulator or law enforcement authority; or (d) where responsible gaming concerns arise. In cases of fraud or material breach, bosku8 may forfeit the Account balance.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the bosku8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bosku8 does not charge conversion fees on MYR transactions. Where a payment method involves a foreign currency, any applicable conversion fees are the responsibility of the member's bank or payment provider.
5.2 Deposits. bosku8 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation. bosku8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bosku8 processes standard withdrawal requests within 2–4 business hours following approval. bosku8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, to mitigate the risk of money laundering.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account banking section. bosku8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. bosku8 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant Account balances. Members will be notified in advance of any such charge. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on bosku8 are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, and expiry period. These terms are stated at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the applicable expiry period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bosku8 reserves the right to refuse, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to meet wagering requirements, collusion with other members, or any other activity deemed to constitute exploitation of promotional terms.
6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise stated, maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Any excess winnings above the stated maximum may be removed from the Account balance at the time of withdrawal.
6.5 bosku8 Right to Modify Promotions. bosku8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the bosku8 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to game play.
7.2 Random Number Generators. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on bosku8 use certified RNG software. The RNG systems used by bosku8 and its game providers are independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, bosku8 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant member Accounts. bosku8 is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
7.4 Live Dealer Games. bosku8 live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. The dealer's decisions are final once the round is completed, subject to the applicable game rules. Connectivity issues on the member's side do not constitute grounds for voiding completed game rounds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bosku8 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
bosku8 cooperates with relevant authorities and gaming regulators in the investigation of fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities. Where required by law or regulation, bosku8 will disclose Account information to the appropriate authorities without notice to the Account holder.
9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. bosku8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic. We provide a range of tools and resources to help members manage their gaming activity.
9.2 Available Controls. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all bosku8 members through the Account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and cooling-off periods.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Any bosku8 member may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion may be applied for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period. During a self-exclusion period, the member's Account will be closed, all marketing communications will cease, and the member will be prevented from opening a new bosku8 Account.
9.4 bosku8-Initiated Restrictions. bosku8 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any Account at its discretion, without the member's prior request, where bosku8 identifies patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling. This includes but is not limited to imposing deposit limits or initiating temporary Account restrictions.

All content on the bosku8 Platform, including but not limited to the bosku8 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the property of bosku8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bosku8 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any bosku8 content without express prior written permission.
11.1 Platform Availability. bosku8 strives to ensure continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. bosku8 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
11.2 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bosku8's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the value of deposits made by that member to their bosku8 Account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. bosku8 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses.
11.3 Gaming Losses. bosku8 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the Platform. All gaming involves risk, and members participate entirely at their own risk. The existence of a house edge on all casino games is inherent to the nature of gambling.
11.4 Third-Party Services. bosku8 is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of third-party services, including payment processors, game providers, or external websites. Links to third-party sites within the bosku8 Platform are provided for convenience only.
bosku8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the bosku8 Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the changes take effect.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bosku8 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a member and bosku8, the member should first contact bosku8 customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint. bosku8 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days.
13.3 Regulatory Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, the member may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence bosku8 operates. Details of the applicable gaming authority are available upon request from bosku8 customer support.
